The All-In Core Challenge — a six-week online core and posture challenge from Hartter Chiropractic & Wellness in Rochester NY

All Online · 6 Weeks · Community-Run

The All-In Core Challenge

Six weeks of deep-core work, posture, breath, and honest accountability — run entirely online, with a community doing it right beside you. No crunches. No bounce-back. No doing it alone.

#AllInCoreChallenge · First cohort is limited · Doors open soon

The Six Weeks

In the order your body actually needs it.

Most programs start with the hard thing because it looks impressive. This one starts with the breath, because nothing above it holds without it.

Week 1

Breathe before you move

360° breathing, rib position, and reconnecting to the pelvic floor. Nothing else holds until this does — so we start here and stay here until it's automatic.

The Core Ten · 10 minutes a day

Week 2

Find the deep core

The transverse abdominis — the muscle that actually holds you in. You'll learn to feel it, switch it on, and check your own midline for separation.

Self-check for diastasis recti

Week 3

Stand tall again

Rib flare, pelvic tilt, and the habits that quietly undo a core — the hip carry, the car seat, the way you lift and feed. Posture is training too.

Carry, lift & feed mechanics

Week 4

Build the strength

A core is only as strong as what surrounds it. Glutes, back, and legs get loaded so the front finally has something to hold onto.

Progressive strength · 3x a week

Week 5

Close the gap

Direct work on separation and scar tissue — breath-to-tension, deep-core progression, and the movements that bring the two sides back together.

Scar & separation protocol

Week 6

Make it a habit

Six weeks is a start, not a finish. We lock in the daily ten, build your maintenance plan, and graduate you with the whole community watching.

Your plan for week seven and beyond

The Daily Rhythm

Something happens every single day.

The challenge runs on a rhythm, not on motivation. Four moments a day, posted where you already are — so the whole cohort moves together even when nobody feels like it.

The four rules

  • Check in every day — even one line counts.
  • No crunches and no jumping until you're cleared for them.
  • Progress is measured in function, not in pounds.
  • Miss a day. Never miss two.
7:00 AM

The Core Ten

A ten-minute follow-along session drops in the group and on the grid. Same time, every morning.

Midday

One thing to fix

A short cue from the coach — a Reel, a photo, one correction you can use for the rest of the day.

Evening

Check in

Post your rep, your walk, or your win in the community thread. One line counts.

Saturday

Live session

The week's session, live, with every question answered at the end of it.

What You Get

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Six weekly modules

One unlocked each week, in the order your body actually needs them.

The Core Ten, daily

Ten minutes, follow-along, filmed so you can do it in your own living room.

The community group

A private room for the whole cohort — check-ins, questions, and people who get it.

A weekly live session

Saturday sessions with the coach, and your questions answered on the spot.

A printable tracker

Six weeks on one page. Tick it off somewhere you can see it.

Before & after check

A private self-assessment at the start and the finish — yours to keep, never posted.

The Community

Nobody does this one alone.

The stomach is the hardest thing to train in a vacuum, because the results are quiet and the timeline is long. So we don't leave you in a vacuum. Every person in the cohort checks in, gets answered, and gets celebrated — and the ones who finish are the ones who had somebody watching.
