Through our website and office, we offer chiropractic care, wellness services, online course enrollment (including the Student-Athlete Spine Certification and sport-specific modules), school programs, and retail products. The availability of specific services, courses, and products may change without notice. Clinical care is provided in person at our Rochester, NY office and is subject to a separate informed-consent process completed at the time of treatment.

Online appointments are scheduled through our FullSlate booking portal. By booking an appointment you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information when registering and completing intake forms.
• Arrive on time for scheduled visits; repeated no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Understand that appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our office.
• Notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Enrollment in Hartter Academy courses grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content. You agree that you will not:

• Share your login credentials, course access, or downloaded materials with others.
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or otherwise reproduce course content, videos, quizzes, or certificates.
• Use course materials for any commercial purpose without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or interfere with the platform's operation.

Certificates of completion are issued only to the individual who registered and successfully completed all course requirements. Course content is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice or a provider-patient relationship.

Bulk enrollments for schools and athletic departments are governed by the agreement in place with the participating school. The school or athletic department is responsible for providing accurate roster information and ensuring participants complete registration. Refunds for unused enrollments are handled per our Return Policy. Promotional commissions, where applicable, are paid according to the terms of the signed school agreement.

All fees for courses, products, and prepaid packages are displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Clinical services are billed at the time of service or through insurance per our billing policies. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
