The Whole Woman Course

Six modules, eighteen lessons, and a practice for every week — taught the way we teach in the treatment room. The lessons unlock when enrollment opens.

Why We Made This

From the women on our team

We kept meeting the same woman. She arrives ten minutes before we close, after everyone else's day is handled. She can tell you exactly what her kids need, what her partner needs, what her team at work needs — and she goes quiet when we ask what her own body has been telling her.

The information women need is out there, but it's scattered, condescending, or being sold to her. So we wrote down what we actually say in the treatment room, in the order we say it, for the questions we get asked most: Why is my energy different every week? Why does my jaw hurt by Friday? Why is my hair shedding? Is it too late to get strong?

This is the course we wished someone had handed us in our twenties — built by women who work on women's bodies every day, and who would rather teach her than keep patching her up.

In plain language

No jargon, no acronyms, no assuming you've already read ten other books. If we can't explain it simply, we haven't understood it well enough yet.

No shame, no scare tactics

We're not going to tell you your body is a problem to be fixed. We're going to tell you what's normal, what's worth checking, and what to do next.

Built for a real week

Every lesson ends with one small practice. Not a 90-minute routine you'll abandon by Thursday — something you can actually keep.

Our Hope for Her

◆

That she knows her body isn't broken — it's communicating.

◆

That strength after thirty is normal, expected, and hers to keep.

◆

That being cared for isn't a reward she earns after everyone else.

Strong isn't something she has to earn back. It's the baseline we start from.

The Core She Wasn't Taught

Posture for Real Life

Never stay in one position long enough for it to become your shape — carrying, lifting, sitting, and the two-minute evening reset.

Strength After 30

Not a smaller body — a more capable one. Two sessions a week, done for years, changes the whole trajectory.
